Competition entry for the national Pentagon 9/11 Memorial. Site meant to consolidate views from the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery and a nearby highway cloverleaf. Design incorporated a central flag sculpture of perforated metal, with visitors learning the history of 9/11 via a bisecting stream and experiential journey.
